If we do not hear from you prior to show date you still owe for the show. Please be courteous and call !!!
We offer Checks Over the Phone Service - Visa - MasterCard for a $5.00 fee.

1. We will need pictures or slides of your set-up, work area, and at least two pictures or slides of your work.  We will keep them for reference for this or any future shows you would like to do with us.
2. We will accept HAND - CRAFTED items (at least 80%) (by the exhibitor or immediate family) ONLY.  Any other items will be asked to be REMOVED, or you may be asked to leave. Show fee will not be refunded.
3. Admission will be left up to the discretion of M.Y. Promotions.  Deposit will be returned if not accepted.
4. Well behaved pets are allowed in your booth - however ILL BEHAVED PETS  will have to be removed.
5. Tables must be covered to the floor.
6. NO TEAR - DOWN of booths before the announced closing time, please.  It may result in expulsion from other shows!
7. Everyone is responsible to clean up their own space. If it is not done, we will be charging $25.00 for clean-up. It takes us hours afterwards to cleanup This is not
8. M.Y.'s responsibility.
9. NO REFUNDS GIVEN! If you want to transfer the funds to another show, it must be done at least 2 WEEKS prior to show date for a $5.00 fee, if space is available.
10. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES during show hours at your booth!
11. If you use electric, please bring a heavy duty electric cord at least 50 feet long. Electricity is limited, you might have to bring a generator. I have 2 Honda 1000 available - first call & pay basis.
12. Upon arrival you must check in at the information table. All exhibitors must unload and park their vehicles in their designated areas. Please be courteous to others.
13. You must be SET-UP at least 30 MINUTES prior to the show opening.  Set-up is Friday afternoon after 1:00 PM or Saturday after 7:00 AM. Show #1 & #18 are on Friday & Saturday - therefore set up will be on Thursday & early AM Friday. Shows start at 10 AM. and lasts till 5 PM. on Saturday - 10 AM. until 4 PM. on Sunday.
14. M.Y. Promotions will reserve the right to request any exhibitor to remove any objectionable material (occult, nudity, etc.).
15. If you decide to change your medium, you must notify us in writing and send photos or slides for approval.
16. The set-up must be strong enough to withstand winds and crowds. Your responsibility!! See bottom of schedule for more information!
17. Liability insurance is strongly encouraged, it is not very expensive, and it will give us all peace of mind.
18. Categories will be limited. ON Sale signs are not permitted -- we are not a flea market.
19. If for some reason (Health or Car Problems) you cannot attend, please contact me as soon as possible. I will check with my recorder at home and cell phone periodically. Please use my cell phone. (239) 707-3467 at all times - chances to get me personally are better. Please leave a message, if I do not answer.
20. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or complaints. I have never bitten anyone or stayed upset. I am a big girl and can take criticism. We want to work for and with you. 
21. Each exhibitor is responsible to pay their own State Sales tax on their sales, or contact M.Y. Promotions at the close of the day. If you do not have a Sales Tax Number, we will turn in your Tax under our number.
22. Space assignments will be held until 90 minutes before start time unless I am notified of your later arrival.
23. Lee & Collier County - 6%, Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto, Hillsborough & Union Counties - 7% tax needs to be charged.
